Buying Guide

In order to proceed with the purchase you need to create your own account by going to the "login" section. You will be asked to log in to your existing account, if already registered, with your previous credentials or to register if you have never been registered before. You will be asked for the following data: valid e-mail address, create your own password, name, surname, complete address, tax code and VAT number if available, telephone number and acceptance of the general conditions of sale which you will have to read. You can then choose the product you are interested in by choosing from the various product categories, choose size and color and add the goods to the virtual cart. The cart will show the total cost of your purchases in real time, you can modify and/or cancel all or individual items at any time or continue with the purchase procedure with the appropriate "confirm" order button, view the order again and proceed with the payment and reconfirmation of the shipping data with a simple and clear procedure.

Terms of payment

Centro Calzaturiero s.r.l. accepts payments in cash on delivery, by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and by Paypal with which it has signed appropriate agreements. At the time of the transaction, the customer will be redirected to a protected site managed directly by the banking system manager in order to protect customer safety. The personnel in charge or the programs in use do not allow you to view any secret codes required by the procedure. Centro Calzaturiero s.r.l. undertakes to refund any payments made in accordance with any changes to the orders received. The staff of Centro Calzaturiero S.r.l. will not, nor must it ever, ask you for the secret codes of your credit/debit card. For all orders processed with cash on delivery payment methods, an increase of €6.00 will be applied to the total order for management costs, this sum will not be re-credited if a possible return with refund is requested. The customer who will use this payment method must indicate during the return procedure the circuit through which you wish to be refunded, specifying the relevant IBAN or Paypal account.
