Free Return
The return is always free.You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, free of charge and for any reason.
In Italy, you can select a home pickup via GLS courier or manage the shipment independently by downloading a prepaid label and entrusting the return to a BRT drop-off point.
For other countries, it is possible to download a prepaid DHL label and ship the return independently via DHL parcel shops.

The size exchange service is free and available exclusively in Italy.For other countries, it is necessary to place a new order for the desired size.
The return pickup will be carried out by GLS courier and will coincide with the delivery of the new size selected during the return procedure.
Item Exchange
It is only possible to exchange the size of the same item; replacement with a different item is not allowed.If you wish to exchange for a different item, it is necessary to place a new order.
Return Timeframes
You have 30 days from the delivery date of the order to proceed with the return of the item.Once the return is received, it will be processed in approximately 5 working days.
How to Ship a Return
The item must be returned in the same conditions as received, i.e., new and never used, with the original brand box and any warranty labels.You can safely reuse the ModaDistrict packaging in which you received your order.
If you no longer have the original ModaDistrict box, you can use another protective packaging.
IMPORTANT: If the provided instructions are not followed, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
