Court of jurisdiction

Centro Calzaturiero s.r.l. is an Italian company and is therefore subject to Italian law. The court of jurisdiction for any disputes that may arise is the Court of Pavia. By purchasing online, after having read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale, the customer agrees to be subject to Italian jurisdiction and to the territorial jurisdiction of the Court of Pavia. In case of disputes the italian interpretation will be prevalent

Conclusion of the contract

Once the order has been processed, Centro Calzaturiero agrees to send confirmation to the e-mail address registered in "your account". This contract is considered concluded by sending confirmation of acceptance of the order, subject to the successful outcome of the selected payment method. Centro Calzaturiero s.r.l. reserves the right to accept the order received. If the order is not accepted, the customer shall not be entitled to any rights or to make any claims. This contract can be downloaded and stored using the appropriate "download" button , or printed on paper using the appropriate "print" button.
