The order number is written after the wording "Order Number" and is a number of the following type:
031OC20.64537 where OC stands for Customer Order, we remind you that this number is for example purposes only.

We remind you to carefully check whether you have correctly written your order number, to have entered the letters OC or Customer Order instead of the number zero and to have entered punctuation.
To avoid typing errors, we recommend that you make a copy-paste of the order number from the email received.
