Online tracking

If provided for by the carrier, Centro Calzaturiero s.r.l. will communicate the shipping details to the customer in order to track the transport of the ordered goods: "online tracking". Centro Calzaturiero s.r.l. declines any liability in case of malfunctions of the service provided by third parties.

Right of withdrawal

Customers are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of delivery of the order without giving any reasons. Should it wish to exercise this right, Centro Calzaturiero S.r.l. has set up a dedicated procedure directly online on the website www.modadistrict.com. Simply access your account, find the order (in the order history) for which you are exercising the right of withdrawal (the order can be fully returned, or just a single item in a multiple order), and exercise the right of withdrawal with the dedicated button. A request/fiscal document for "returned goods" will be automatically created, which will be sent to your e-mail address. This document will also be valid as communication to Centro Calzaturiero s.r.l. and to notify our acceptance. Specify in the notes/reason "RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL" The "returned goods" document must be printed in 2 copies: one inserted in the returned goods pack to allow product identification during the return process, and the other must be delivered to the courier or attached to the outside of the returned package. Customers may choose whether to proceed with shipping using the courier that manages our deliveries (our recommended choice in terms of costs and speed of delivery) or whether to submit the returned goods personally with carriers of their choice. Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised through the appropriate online procedure, the customer will have 30 days time to return the goods. The goods to be returned must be intact, in the same conditions of delivery and must not have been used. The customer will be required to pack the goods in a new package containing the original boxes, labels and any identification codes. Returned goods must be sent to: Centro Calzaturiero S.r.l. Viale Industria, 122 - 27025 Gambolò (PV), Italy. Once the goods have been received, Centro Calzaturiero S.r.l. will check that the products have been returned in compliance with procedures and will credit the amount paid again, deducted from shipping costs, i.e. the total amount if the customer has already paid transport costs. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties. In any case, additional costs will not be applied as a result of such refund.
